By proceeding with services through Still Point Path & Reset (“Provider”), you (“Client”)acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

• Services provided (including downloadable materials, videos, one-on-one sessions, and packages) are for personal growth, stress reduction, and performance enhancement purposes only.

• Services are not mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or medical care.

• Provider does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or medical illness.

 

2. No Clinical Relationship

• Use of these services does not establish a therapist-client or medical-provider relationship.

• If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergencies, you agree to immediately seek help from a licensed medical or mental health professional.

 

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.

• If you miss (“no-show”) a scheduled session without notice, your payment is forfeited.

• Sessions may be rescheduled one (1) time only, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

 

4. Client Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your well-being, choices, and actions during and after services.

• You understand that results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Redistribution

• All content provided through Still Point Path & Reset, including but not limited to PDFs, videos, written materials, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of the Provider and protected by copyright law.

• Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise make available any materials without express written permission from the Provider.

• Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of materials may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.

7. Agreement

By clicking “I Agree” or otherwise proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the terms of this disclaimer and service agreement. You further acknowledge that you are consenting to participate in non-clinical, performance-enhancement services only and release Still Point Path & Reset from any and all liability arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
